This Delivery Policy applies to all online yoga programs, workshops, and live Zoom sessions conducted by CoGyan.
CoGyan provides online digital classes, interactive support, and course materials. We do not sell or ship physical products. No physical shipping is involved.
After successful payment and registration, parents/guardians will receive access details through a private WhatsApp group. Zoom links, class schedules, and important updates will be shared directly in the group. Access is typically provided within 24 hours of successful enrollment or before the batch start date.
All services are delivered digitally through Zoom (for live classes) and WhatsApp (for communication and learning materials). No courier or postal delivery is involved.
Parents or guardians are responsible for providing the correct phone number during registration, ensuring access to Zoom/WhatsApp, and maintaining a stable internet connection for their child’s participation. CoGyan is not responsible for failed communication delivery due to incorrect contact details.
In rare situations, access links may be delayed due to payment gateway verification, internet outages, or platform issues. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any delays promptly.
Since all classes and materials are delivered digitally, no shipping fees or extra charges apply.
