Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online yoga programs, workshops, and live Zoom sessions conducted by CoGyan. By enrolling, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Nature of the Program

CoGyan conducts live online/in-person yoga sessions which include active coordination through private WhatsApp groups and live transmissions. Materials, Zoom links, and student rosters are locked prior to start.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible only if requested before the first live class begins. If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the batch starts, please contact us for cancellation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following situations:

  • After the first class has been attended/starts
  • After access to the private WhatsApp group has been provided
  • For missed classes or schedule conflicts
  • Due to lack of participation or change of mind after program commencement
  • For partial attendance of the program

4. Missed Classes

If a student misses a live session, a recording may be shared privately. Missed classes do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or custom schedules.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued through the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a dispute or chargeback is initiated after accessing the session materials or joining the class group, access to the sessions will be suspended, and proof of participation will be submitted to the payment provider.

  • Registered phone number
  • Transaction ID / payment screenshot
  • Reason for cancellation
