Students and parents receive class links, session reminders, recordings, and announcements through private WhatsApp groups. Participants are requested not to share sensitive personal information in WhatsApp groups.
Live sessions are generally not publicly shared. If a student misses a class, a recording may be shared privately for learning. Recordings are intended only for enrolled students and must not be redistributed or uploaded publicly.
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateway providers such as Razorpay and Cashfree. We do not store debit/credit card details on our servers.
CoGyan may use reviews, feedback, and session screenshots for website, social media, or marketing purposes. We do not intentionally share sensitive personal details of children publicly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no online platform or internet transmission can guarantee complete security.
Participation in online sessions happens with parent/guardian consent. Parents are responsible for providing consent and supervising children during classes.
