CoGyan was founded with a singular vision: to bring the ancient, sophisticated, and pristine science of Classical Hatha Yoga to the modern world.
In today's fast-paced environment, physical fatigue, stress, and lack of mental clarity have become common. Classical Hatha Yoga offers a phenomenal array of methods to stabilize, strengthen, and revitalize the human system, transforming it into a vehicle for higher consciousness and absolute well-being.
At CoGyan, we teach yogic practices exactly as they were structured by Sadhguru, ensuring that their spiritual depth and holistic efficacy are fully preserved.

Unlike fitness trends that alter or combine postures for quick results, classical yoga requires strict adherence to original specifications. The angles, the speed of movements, the breathing coordination, and the mental focus must all match precise yogic geometry.
At CoGyan, we carry forward the Gurukulam tradition. Practices are shared as live transmissions where each student receives personalized guidance, adjustment, and instructions, ensuring safety and deep efficacy.
